About Me

I was born in Germany, living in Italy since 2001 and I am very passionate about this country, in particular in its unique culture, its splendid locations and incredible landscapes, as well as in its fabulous flavors and delicious cuisine, of course.

My love for wine began during my studies at university, when I started to work for a winery in Marsala in Sicily. Strengthened by this unexpected but strong passion, I decided to follow my heart and to concentrate my future working experiences in the wine world.

 

Therefore I choose as thesis for my graduation the theme “Wine Tourism”, and I started to work for some important wineries as Hospitality Manager, which contributed to amplify my spectrum of experiences in this sector and introduced me to the world of event planning, In this way I developed a fine “sensibility” and knowledge that I want to transmit to my guests and couples.

 

Certainly, my husband played an important role as well: as a notable oenologist he shared with me a lot of information and he fortified my passion about the wine and its world. Together we moved to Montalcino, in the fabulous region of Tuscany, where our son was born. At that point I decided to restart my activity and to share all my knowledge and passion for wine, as well as my love for Tuscany with its fantastic countryside and stunning view with you and all wine-lovers of the world

 

My activity as wine wedding planner consists of the imagination, development and organization of impressive wine & vineyard weddings in Tuscany, as well as wine tastings and tailor-made private or corporate events that satisfy your needs, even if it’s based on simple curiosity or if it’s based on a professional or commercial need.

 

I am sure that Tuscany, together with its wonderful wine estates and its breathtaking landscapes, is the perfect location to organize a breathtaking wedding. Therefore, combining my skills in organization, my passion for wine and Italian food, together with the Tuscan countryside with its suggestive wine estates, I am convinced that we can organize an unforgettable wine themed wedding or event.

 

Here you can find a range of activities I have done during my working experiences in wine estates:

  • Hospitality Manager (visits and tastings in wineries, organization of overnight-stays for guests in the apartments of the estate, contacts with Tour Operator or Travel Agencies);
  • Collaboration in the public relation with the Press Office and in the writing of articles for the local or national press;
  • Organization of Conventions and Meetings with the Sales staff;
  • Organization of private events in wine estates (weddings, birthdays, anniversaries);
  • Organization of several events in the wineries (for the local habitants as well as for individual group request e.g. incentive tours, meetings etc.);
  • Creation of several packages for incoming travel agencies or tour operator;
  • Manager of Marketing & Customer Care;
  • Assistance for the Sales Office and for the Administration Management.
